What personal data do we collect?
When you create an account with papajohns.com.cy you will be asked to provide name, email, postal address and telephone number. You must also create a username and password.
Every time you place an order, we collect information about the choice of Papa John’s restaurant and your order.
If you place an order by telephone or by any means other than the online service, you will be asked for your name, address and telephone number. Each time you place an order, information will be collected about your choice of restaurant and order.

2. How does Papa John’s use my data?
2.1. How long will Papa John’s process and use my data?
Where Papa John’s processes and uses your personal data in accordance with the law, Papa John’s only stores your personal data (i) for as long as it is necessary to fulfill the purposes set out below or (ii) where Papa John’s has a legitimate interest in using your personal data, or (iii) where you have consented to allow Papa John’s to use your personal data until you withdraw your consent.
